“迪士尼蓝”（DisneyBlue）指的是，上海市政府决定仿效北京“阅兵蓝”（ParadeBlue）计划，关闭迪士尼公园周边的家工厂，确保年上半年上海迪士尼主题公园开业后出现蓝天。这家企业中的大多数都是高污染（highpollutionrisks）、高能量消耗（highenergyconsumption）、低产出（lowproductivity）的行业，包括机械加工、金属器皿生产（metalwareproduction）、印刷、塑料制品生产（plasticsproduction）和化学工程（chemicalengineering）。相关工作将于年底前全部完成。

据东方网报道，新年伊始，上海迪士尼乐园进入倒计时。1月5日度假区“剧透”了娱乐演出的创意设计细节。“米奇童话系列”将在魔法火车头的带领下巡游。伴随着令人振奋的音乐节拍和多姿多彩的演职人员，一辆辆主题花车前后相随。迪士尼幻想工程创意娱乐演出团队负责人马特.阿尔莫斯介绍，整列火车都将展示迪士尼电影中的角色、故事和音乐，而每节车厢拥有不同的主题。

不过上海迪士尼乐园最令人期待的部分还是明日世界主题园区的“星球大战远征基地”和“创极速光轮”。“创极速光轮”的乘坐测试已经完毕，迪士尼公司说这是全球迪士尼乐园的首发游乐项目。
